
This means not thinking of myself when working with clients. I have seen buyers agents that will
not show homes because the commission split will not be a full 3%. This is lacking integrity in my
book because it limits the possibilities of homes for a buyer to see. This is only one example of
how a lack of integrity can hurt the relationship an agent has with their client.
I am very direct and will not sugar coat anything. I may find a respectful way to say something,
but it will be to the point. This comes most frequently in discussing flaws in a home, pricing or
other material items that I feel are important. Typically my clients are very refreshed by my candor
and hopefully you will be as well.
You will find me to be a very aggressive individual who will do all it takes to get your home sold
quickly and for top dollar! I use the same determination with my buyers when making sure I am
finding properties that suit their needs, wants & desires as best as possible in their specific price
range.

Results. This is not a catch phrase I picked because it sounded good,
this is they way I live my life. I truly believe that a Realtor® should serve
their clients to the highest possible level. I think that honesty is only the
start of living a life of integrity.
Integrity is defined by Merriam-Webster as "firm adherence to a code of
especially moral or artistic values" and I think that is me. I will not do
anything for personal gain at the expense of others without their full
knowledge and consent.
